Pavilion hire information

The pavilion can be hired out for parties, and catering can be organised on request.
Kindly note that use of the actual cricket pitch comes at an additional charge and may not always be available and must be pre-booked. The outfield is always open and available and is included in the Pavilion Hire Fee. Deposit: R 5 300.00

Time Day Rental Rate Package Includes
10h00-23h00 R5350.00 Use of our standard tables and chairs, excludes table cloths. Additional cost for other tables, chairs and table cloths will be charged. Use of our braai facilities, excludes gas and charcoal. Use of the cricket oval & one tennis court, swimming pool, jungle gym and trampolines.
Option 2 -
Make use of our catering division for all food and beverage

General Info and Bookings

  • Any breakages / shortages will be charged to master account.
  • Deposit of R5350.00 is required within 3 days of making the booking
  • The full amount to be paid 7 days in advance
  • R2000.00 refund after the event if nothing has been damaged
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT A CANCELLATION FEE OF R500-00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT FOR ADMINISTRATION.
