You have 3 years from date of first transfer to start building and 1 year to complete.

Yes, the overall theme is Farm Style, in either a traditional or contemporary interpretation. Plans are submitted  to the Architectural Review Committee for approval based on these detailed guidelines.

Yes you may. The builder needs to be NHBRC registered and the Architect is a professional Architect. 

The minimum size is 180m² and the maximum coverage (ground foor) is 50% of the stand size. You may build double storey as set out in the guidelines.

The smallest stand is 500m² and the largest stands 1500m². The average size is about 850m².

There are 1127 stands on 391ha of which nearly 200ha belongs to golf, open spaces, parks and dams.

No. Membership is separate but Homeowners are entitled to a 50% discount as laid out in the Golf Membership documentation.

The estate is home to the endangered Gunnings Rock Scorpion, Giant Bullfrog, and the vulnerable African Grass Owl.  We have our own water management system which recycles domestic water and sewerage for irrigation. In addition the estate boast over 2700 indigenous trees.
